THIS Is Why You Should Always Have A Needle In Your Pocket!!
Did you know that carrying a needle in your pocket can be life-saving? Well, the answer is yes, as it can save yours or someone else’s life, and you should go on reading in order to find out why and how.
In case that someone else or even you yourself experience a stroke, the needle can be of great help. You should use the needle until the paramedics arrive, and here is how. When someone experiences a stroke, the brain capillaries tear apart and the cerebrum stops receiving the appropriate quantities of oxygen. In other words, the cells of the cerebrum are being destroyed and you will have to immediately call quick medical help or the consequences can be fatal.
In case that something like this happens, what should you do? Here are the steps you should take when someone is having a stroke.
The first and the most basic thing you should do is try to stay calm and call 911 right away. Make sure that the person who is having a stroke does not move until the ambulance arrives. You should then take a needle, and if it is not a medical one, clean it and sterilize it. Next, prick the tips of the fingers of the person who is having a stroke using the needle, as close to the nails as possible. Also, make sure you do the pricking quickly. Once you do this, you should expect the blood to start spilling from the fingertips; but, if it does not, you should press the fingers until blood does start coming out. This will make the person conscious again and ready to wait for the paramedics to come and take over.
If the person who is having a stroke has their mouth crooked, you should massage their ears until they become red. The change of color signifies that the blood circulation has been improved. Next thing you should do is take a needle and use it to prick the softest part of the earlobe. Prick the earlobe twice and wait for two drops of blood to come out. Very soon, the mouth of the person will come back to its normal state, and now all you have to do is to wait for the ambulance to arrive.
Have you done all of this, you have most likely saved someone’s life. Congratulations for being brave and helpful.
