Jin Shin Jyutsu is a form of ancient Japanese touch therapy that you can conduct on yourself to others to help balance emotions and energy by stimulating certain meridians on our hands.
Note these principles:
- Each finger is connected to different organs and with its corresponding attitude and emotion. Refer on the chart bellow to do the whole body balance or a specific trouble area.
- Hold the finger correlating to the emotion you want to calm or organ you’d like to heal. Hold this while deep breathing for 3 – 5 minutes.
- You can do a total body harmonization should you wish to go through on all fingers on the chart.
Organs: Spleen and Stomach
Emotions/Attitudes: Worry, Anxiety and Depression
B. INDEX FINGER
Organs: Bladder and Kidney
Emotions/Attitudes: Frustration, Mental Confusion and Fear
Physical Symptoms: Muscle and back aches, addictions of any kind, upper arm discomfort, elbow, wrist, toothache and gum issues and digestive problems.
C. MIDDLE FINGER
Organs: Liver and Gallbladder
Emotions/Attitudes: Anger, Indecisiveness, Irritability
Physical Symptoms: Eye/vision problems, circulation problems, menstrual problems, fatigue, frontal headaches, migraine
D. RING FINGER
Emotions/Attitudes: Negativity, Fear of Rejection, Sadness, Grief
E. LITTLE FINGER
Emotions/Attitudes: Judgmental, Insecurity, Nervousness, Low Self – Esteem
