Goldfish – An Exercise That Will Become The Salvation For Your Spine
People do not pay enough attention to all body parts. One of the body parts that do not get the attention needed is the spine. This is not good, as the spine must be maintain healthy due to the fact that a healthy spine means a healthy body, and vice versa.
Kacudzo Nishi is a Japanese healer who explains that the reason for all disease should be sought in the spine. Fortunately, there is an exercise designed for strengthening the spine that will positively impact the general wellbeing as well. The name of the exercise is ‘Goldfish’, and one is recommended to practice it on a daily basis.
What is the uniqueness of this exercise?
This exercise is going to impact the nerves that exist in the spinal column and it is going to help you get rid of the pressure in this area. The Goldfish exercise is going to correct your spine and regulate the physiological functions of all organs and systems. This exercise is also beneficial for coordination of the work of the external and the internal nervous system, for improving the posture, raising the blood regulation, improving the blood and its ability to supply each body cell, and boosting the function of the heart, liver, brain, kidneys, intestines, and the skin.
If you want to get the maximum effects of this exercise, you should perform it in the morning and in the evening. The beginners are recommended to start with one minute of performing this exercise and then gradually increase this time up to three minutes. Exercise – Goldfish
Starting position: if you want to perform this exercise the right way, lie on your back on a flat surface, either the bed or the floor, faced upwards, and stretching your hands as much as you can. Then, put your hands behind your head, making sure that your legs are completely straight positioned and that your feet are at a right angle to the fuselage. Your toes should strive for the face, while your heels and thighs rest on the floor.
Before you start with this exercise, make sure that you have warmed your body up. Stretch to the count of seven, and stretch the spine in various directions. Then, pull your right heel on the floor above, outstretching your hands at the same time, but in the opposite direction. Then do the same with the left side. Repeat the stretching for five to seven times for each foot and hand.
Performing the exercise:
Put your hands under the cervical vertebrae, and bend your elbows, so that your entire body weight is put on the floor. Put your legs together, making sure that your toes tend to face all the bumps (the neck, the shoulders, the pelvis, the sheets)
When you take this position, begin with a quick wiggle or vibration of the body from right to left, similarly to a fish that swims fast. However, make sure that your backbone is stationary while you do this.
If you imagine that you are a fish, your body is going to begin vibrating itself. Perform this exercise up to a minute or two (or until you count to 120 or 240).
If you do this exercise regularly, you will boost the process of pumping of the blood in the veins, as all muscles of your body will be straining, particularly in the veins of the lower limbs which are responsible for returning the blood back to the heart. In this way, you will speed up your blood flow.
You might feel a little bit unusual at the beginning while performing this exercise, but soon, you will get used to it and you will start loving this exercise.
