It was unbelievable. He decided to reject the insulin and continued with his diet regime. He thought if his blood sugar levels increase suddenly he will take his insulin dose. But he didn’t experience any health problems and he even started to lose some weight, which was great!

He lost a kilo per day. He lost 11 kg in 25 days. Four months later after his decision to start with the raw food regime he was a new man. He didn’t use insulin anymore and his blood pressure was 120/60, like in babies. His triglyceride levels were 1.4 and he weighted 20 kilos less. He no longer uses any pills.

Recipe for his favorite juice

– A handful of kale

– 5 kiwis

– 2 bananas

– 2 apples

– Half a liter of water

Consume half a liter of this juice in the morning and keep the rest for the rest of the day. Moreover, you should eat fruit, fruit salad or tuna (rich with vitamin B12 which is needed for our body) when you feel hungry.
