This Powerful Analgesic Tea Makes Pain Disappear
While some drinks hydrate and exhilarate the body, others are therapeutic. A natural tea with analgesic properties consists of ingredients which work synergistically to ease and remove a variety of stimuli which cause pain.

Ingredients needed:
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- ½ a cup of almond milk
- 2 glasses of water
- 2 teaspoons of powdered turmeric
- 2 teaspoons of ground cardamom
- 2.5 cm long piece of ginger, ground
- 2 teaspoons of black tea
Method of preparation:
Mix the ginger, turmeric powder, cardamom and cinnamon with water and place the mixture on heat for 10 minutes. Then add the black tea to the mixture and continue cooking for additional 2 minutes. Filter the tea in one cup of almond milk. Use the honey to sweeten.
Frequency:
Consume the beverage every time you are feeling body aches through the day.

the ingredients say 1/2 cup of almond milk and the directions say to add the filtered tea mixture to a cup of almond milk. Also is it a “tea bag” or loose black tea?
