Melt the Annoying Fat With These Super Healthy Homemade Syrup
This syrup can be easily prepared at home and used as an assistant in the fight against fat. The main ingredient in it’s reputation.

Ingredients:
- 125 grams horseradish
- 4 squeezed lemons
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 cm ginger root
Preparation:
Put the horseradish and ginger in a blender and just chop it. Then add the lime juice and blend it for three minutes.
Then add the honey and cinnamon and stir until you get a uniform mixture. Put it in a jar and take one teaspoon of it twice a day before eating or before exercise. Use it for three weeks, and then take a break.
