The spot of the ear linked to digestion is positioned right above the earlobe. If you put a clothespin on this spot, you will help reduce the digestive and the stomach pain. Use this method also as a prevention of discomfort of this kind.

6. Your Earlobe

This is the spot of the ear associated with your head and heart. If you apply pressure on this spot, you can promote your heart’s health and soothe migraines and pressure headaches.
