Eat more vegetables
With the arrival of spring, come the great seasonal vegetables that you can enjoy without having to worry about entering a lot of calories. They are the only things that you can eat in large quantities without having to worry that you will gain weight.
Fresh salads and cooked vegetables combined with meats that are not dirty is a great choice for lunch. If you eat the salad as a starter, you will eat much less from the main dish for lunch.
Nutritionists advise that the breakfast should always be hot oatmeal instead of dry cereal. Oat flakes contain about 300 calories per 450 grams; while most cereals have too much sugar. Breakfast rich in dietary fiber helps in reducing the risk of diabetes, heart disease and cancer.
When it comes to drinks, discard all those drinks that contain sugars and replace them with healthy fruit cocktails. Ideally, if you decide to regularly drink green tea because of the ingredients of which it is composed, encourage the body to burn calories and thus reduce the body fat. But to be effective, you will have to start moving and be more physically active.
Reward yourself with chocolate
During a diet we fully cast those things that we often enjoy eating, and the chances are that this diet will be a punishment and therefore you feel resistance, and after a while you will stop. In order to avoid that occasionally reward yourself with few cubes of quality dark chocolate. It is not only allowed, but it is also desirable for this diet. Dark chocolate is full of antioxidants, reduces the risk of heart disease, diabetes, and lower blood pressure. It is also rich in iron, magnesium and calcium which are well known to raise the level of serotonin in the blood, and thus improve the mood.
Keep in mind that there is not a diet whose benefits you can experience if you don’t start exercising. You do not have to do intense and strenuous training; only 30-minute walk daily in the fresh air will be enough.
