With This Pill You Could Live At Least 120 Years
Russian scientists have discovered an antioxidant that delays the aging process. They tested the new formula on mice and dogs, and the results are more than amazing.
It sounds like something out of science fiction, but a pill that delays the aging could soon become a reality. Scientists from Russia tested a new pill, they hope that will allow people to live to at least their 120th birthday.
Scientist Dr. Maxim Skulachev from the University of Moscow said: “In our tests, a lot of diseases associated with aging, developed very slowly.” The researchers hope that their pill could affect the mitochondria – part of the cells responsible for the production of energy, which is responsible for the beginning of aging.
“Mitochondrias are responsible for heart attacks, and are associated with diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease,” says Skulachev. He added that he is very realistic to expect that the life span could be extended up to 120 years, with few drugs against aging, but he does not expected it to be extended to, for example, 800 years. “Some new diseases will most likely appear, which would be typical for 120-year-olds.”
It should be noted that the new drugs would not have contributed to a dramatic extension of life, but instead postponed aging. The only question is, are you ready for a longer life?
