3 Day Honey Diet
If you follow this diet, you can lose four to five pounds in just three days. Because of the large number of nutrients, honey should be consumed every day. Nutritionists advise before starting the diet you need to try and find honey with proven quality only, so look for the darker types of honey.
Breakfast: Two raw yolks are mixed with a teaspoon of honey. With the meal you can drink tea with lemon or coffee (no sugar).
Lunch: 100g of cheese + 50g of cooked carrots + 50g of cooked broccoli + 50g of cooked cauliflower. Mix all the ingredients in a blender and make a creamy mixture. Appendix – tea or coffee with 1 tsp of honey.
Dinner: Cup of light vegetable soup, slice of whole-grain bread and 1 apple / pear / orange.
Before going to bed drink tea with lemon.
Breakfast: Same as the first day.
Lunch: Make a cream from one soft boiled egg, a tablespoon of honey and 100 g of cheese. With the meal you can drink tea with lemon or coffee.
Dinner: 150 g of fish or chicken fillets, a small bowl of salad vegetables and tea with lemon.
Breakfast: Same as the first day + one apple.
Lunch: 50 g of cheese, slice of whole-grain bread and a plate of fresh vegetables with lemon juice.
Dinner: 300 grams of cooked vegetables, a soft boiled egg and a cup of tea with a spoonful of honey.
