NBC NEWS: All Americans Will Receive a Microchip Implant In 2017

Lately, there was a prediction by the NBC that all of the U.S. citizens are going to be tagged with microchips in 2017. The aim of the implantation of these RFID microchips is to help identify people in a matter of seconds.

According to the NBC’s explanation, the microchips are going to reveal whether you are really who you say you are. Nevertheless, numerous people think that this technology will provide the government with too much power, since they will be able to track every move.

There are some states that already started a process of legislation in order to prevent this from happening. One of them is Virginia. According to NBC’s reports, there is an RFID Brain Chip which is already developed and is now being tested on few people. The use of these microchips was stated to be included on page 1014 in the H.R. 4872 Read Class II Special Controls Guidance Document under “National Medical Device Registry” where it mentions about a “Class II Device That is Implantable”. What’s maybe most disturbing about all this is the fact that this bill is already passed.

If people have this RFID Microchip implanted, not only will their movement be controlled, but their food and money will be controlled as well, and according to some people’s opinion, some individuals who do not obey can even be easily killed due to this microchip implant.

The HR 3962 bill is in fact the HR 3200 bill, with the exception of a few words regarding the RFID Microchip which have been removed. However, the possibility of Chip Every American is still included in the bill.

This can easily be seen in the Class II Special Controls Guidance Document, pages 1501 through 1510.
